You can apply glitter on top of primer by KLEPACH.PRO. Our primer is very well attached small glitter and large.

You can use a makeup spray. You should sprayed it on clean eyelid skin then apply lip balm, lightly patting glitter and spray fixer on top.

Glitter can be a creative solution for a photo shoot. Apply a moisturizing gel,vaseline or makeup spray on the neck and decollete then apply glitter and you will get a fantastic image.
